Why is your price the same as Claude API?
We bill at Anthropic's published rate card, per token, 1:1. No markup. We make money by routing cheap subtasks to local AI on our own hardware, so our actual Anthropic spend is lower than what you pay. You get the same token price you'd get calling Claude directly — plus the agent UI, orchestration, and cave-crew routing are free.
How do you make money then?
Internally we use prompt caching, the Batch API, Haiku swaps for light work, and our DGX Spark local models (Qwen/Gemma) for extraction and classification. Our effective Anthropic cost is 45–78% below sticker, depending on task type. That spread is our margin. We also sell subscriptions with included spend — the $4–$24/mo platform fee above sticker spend is pure profit.
What is BYO-key?
Bring your own Anthropic API key. You pay Anthropic directly for all tokens — no resale margin on our end. You pay us $5/mo for the agent UI, orchestration, and cave-crew tools. Best for power users who already have Anthropic credits or a volume deal.
Is this legal? Are you reselling Claude?
We sell agent products powered by Claude — not raw Claude API access. This is the standard model: Cursor, Manus, Perplexity all do the same. Anthropic's usage policy (§A.1) explicitly permits building and selling products on top of the API. Our copy always says 'AtmosphereAGI agents powered by Claude' — never 'Claude API access'.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings at any time. Your subscription runs to end of billing period; no refunds for unused time. Included token spend not used by end of month does not roll over. Pay-as-you-go and BYO-key have no subscription to cancel.
