Prohibited Uses

• –Illegal activity of any kind, including fraud, money laundering, or circumventing export controls.
• –Generating or distributing child sexual abuse material.
• –Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of individuals.
• –Spam — bulk unsolicited messages via email, SMS, or any platform.
• –Collecting or harvesting personal data from others without consent.
• –Impersonating another person, company, or government entity.
• –Attempting to extract, replicate, or reverse-engineer the underlying AI models.
• –Selling or redistributing agent outputs while presenting them as direct access to Anthropic's models or as a raw AI inference service.
• –Prompt-injection attacks — crafting inputs designed to override model instructions or safety guidelines.
• –Using agents to generate disinformation, deepfakes, or synthetic media intended to deceive.
