1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using AtmosphereAGI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
AtmosphereAGI is an agent platform that lets you run AI agents for tasks and pay only for what they do. We operate the infrastructure; you direct the work.
3. Account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. One account per person. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not: (a) use the service for illegal purposes; (b) scrape, harvest, or collect personal data from others; (c) send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; (d) attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate our agent models or prompting logic; (e) resell or redistribute agent outputs while presenting them as direct access to Claude or as a raw inference service; (f) attempt to bypass model safety guidelines or attempt jailbreak attacks. Violations may result in immediate suspension.
5. Pricing and Billing
We bill at Anthropic's published rate card per token consumed on Claude models. Subscription tiers include a bundled monthly spend. Overage is billed at sticker with no markup. BYO-key users pay Anthropic directly; we charge only the $5/mo platform fee. All prices are in USD.
6. Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused included-spend credits do not roll over. If we cause an outage of more than 4 hours in a calendar month, we will credit one extra month of included spend.
7. Intellectual Property
You own the outputs generated by agents you run. We own the platform, code, and agent infrastructure. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to deliver the service.
8. Third-Party Services
AtmosphereAGI agents powered by Claude — an AI model made by Anthropic. Your use of Claude through our platform is also subject to Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy at https://www.anthropic.com/aup and Anthropic's Commercial Terms at https://www.anthropic.com/legal/commercial-terms. For the BYO-key tier, you bring your own Anthropic API key. AtmosphereAGI never sees the plaintext key after you submit it.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided 'as is'. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. We make no warranty that agents will complete every task successfully. Do not rely solely on agent output for medical, legal, or financial decisions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, AtmosphereAGI's liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days then deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will give 14 days notice by email for material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
